Cancellation Policy

• To ensure availability for all clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25 deposit.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service.

Late Arrival Policy

• If you are running late for your appointment, please call us as soon as possible.
• Arriving late may limit the amount of massage time you receive, but you will still be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
